The property is also home to Marker 92 Restaurant, The Nauti Mermaid Bar &amp; Grill, and Pinchers Seafood Restaurant. Along the Promenade you will find many fine shops and galleries.<\/p>\n<p>Located at the mouth of the Caloosahatchee River, Tarpon Point is at the gateway to the barrier islands of Southwest Florida. Heading North up Pine Island Sound you can cruise to Sanibel, Captiva, Cayo Costa, and Gasparilla Islands. As members of the exclusive Useppa Island Club, we can offer our clients access to this private resort island.
